Blacksmith Fork Vet Clinic offers quality, complete, and compassionate veterinary care for large and small animals. 

Our doctors (Dr. Aldon Watkins, Dr. Dustin Clements, Dr. Chloe Stenkamp-Strahm, and Dr. Katie Smith) along with our caring staff believe in giving special care to every client and making sure our pricing is affordable. 

We are located a half-mile south of Mountain Crest High School on Highway 165 in Hyrum and we serve Cache Valley, Utah and its surrounding areas.

At Blacksmith Fork, we understand the role your animals play within your family, and we strive to continue to strengthen those bonds and keep your companion as healthy and happy as we can.

Dr Watkins has been my families vet for more that 20 years. He has always given us rational sound advice weather it was for a big or small decision on my pets health. He is always compassionate and caring and he always has girls that are great. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.

Dr. Chloe was the vet who cared for my Marley. She was an absolute caring and courteous vet. Called me with updates, and called me to let me know about my baby. I love this clinic. They all are so helpful.
